Firstly, just a little bit about myself and background in the sporting arena - in a nutshell, I have a history in track and field athletics and at my peak I represented Australia at the 1998 Commonwealth Games in High Jump and also competed at numerous World Junior Championships and other International Events.
My husband and I have 4 young children and since moving to Newstead in 2014, I have been keeping fit by playing netball for our local club NFNC and running some weekly informal fitness circuits for friends.
I have recently qualified as a Fitness Instructor and Personal Trainer and I am accredited by Fitness Australia.
I am a PunchFit instructor and have Level 2 First Aid.
