Breeze Homes is a locally owned building company that is run by Gudrun and Richard Burke. Richard established Breeze Homes in 2004 on the Gold Coast and has since relocated to Bundaberg.

Richard and Gudrun have over 30 years combined experience in the building industry and are passionate about their work. As a builder, Richard chooses to design houses which incorporate wind direction, sun orientation and local climate into the house construction. By incorporating good design and using energy efficient products in construction this creates a house that is economic, cool, light and extremely livable.

Breeze Homes is a local business that supports locals. Each home is built with the help of local tradesmen and supplies from within the Bundaberg Region.

Richard and Gudrun believe in a close client relationship as each home is individually designed for each client and is created based on the client's needs, budget and block. Furthermore, service for Breeze Homes does not end when the key is handed over; Gudrun and Richard will keep in contact with their clients to ensure their continued happiness within their dream home.
