At Brazza BBQ we focus on quality, healthy and wholesome food, sourced from local premium suppliers. Our Meats, Seafood ) and Vegetarian options are grilled over natural Australian Charcoals. This process of cooking eliminated the use of oils and fats and gives the food a unique and delicious flavour. To accompany our barbecued items we additionally specialise in seasonal superfood salads. Each week we create a new and exciting salad based around at least 2 superfoods. All of our items are Gluten Free and Dairy Free options are also available. As the environment is very important to us at Brazza BBQ we have implemented the use of biodegradable and environmentally friendly cutlery and plates, minimized our wastage and recycle where possible.
