Current classes: Instruct Kung Fu under Master Gary Wilkins at Sunbury Traditional Wing Chun Kung Fu Tuesdays and Thursdays 7:00-8:30pm. Contact me for more information.

Exercise programs written up tailored to your goals (to do by yourself or with me training you)

Personal Training: One on one in the gym, typically for weight training or weight loss.

Group training:
Outdoor circuits: For general fitness and weight loss.
Kung Fu classes: Learn how to defend yourself, gain discipline and confidence in this hour long class.
Small group training: Generally for people that want to do strength training but don't want the focus entirely on them, small groups of 3-5 people. Cheaper per session than personal training.
