Boyd Metal Industries is a 100% Australian owned and managed Perth-based company specialising in heavy steel fabrication, engineering and processing.

Our services include sheet metal, heavy plate, pipe work, tanks, vessel, ductwork and light to heavy structural steel, supplied to sectors including oil & gas, mining, infrastructure and commercial sectors throughout WA and beyond.

Our Welshpool workshop is one of the best equipped in the state, offering the following capabilities:
- Plate rolling (specialising in cones, tank strakes and general profile bending)
- Section rolling - we are the only West Australian company that can cold roll and press steel section up to 460UB on edge as well as 300 x 70 FB, 250NB pipe
- Pressing - specialising in tanks, silos, ducting and cones in stainless steel, bisalloy and carbon steel
- Robotic welding
- Sub arc and hand welding
- Blasting & painting, including protective coatings, coating inspection reports, industrial spray painting
