The four words above are what inspired me to move from the Corporate World into the Fitness World. I’ve always loved working with people and now I have the opportunity to facilitate change in people’s lives every day.
I want to promote, motivate and strengthen both the body and mind to lead the embodiment of a healthy, happy and active lifestyle. More importantly, I want to instill the belief in people that they can achieve any goal that they set.
I am passionate in helping people become the best they can be, because I believe that there is no greater achievement than that.
Mature Age Adults classes: increases flexibility, mobility and range of movement to ensure a quality, independent and fulfilling lifestyle.
Group Circuit Fitness classes: providing a combination of strength, balance, resistance and cardiovascular training
Women classes: promoting flexibility, strength and agility to increase fitness with specialised resistance and cardiovascular training
Personal training: working together to set and achieve your goals ensuring that you become the best you can be
