I enjoy bodywork, helping to ease peoples pain and encouraging meaningful change by sharing the knowledge I have learnt means I can contribute to the world in my own small way.

I am continually rewarded by the people I meet and the many lessons they in turn contribute and so it is a never ending cycle of giving and receiving.

I greatly enjoy learning new skills and the quality of the therapies I choose to learn or continually update are maybe what sets me apart from other therapists.

I have personally benefited by these therapies so my belief in what is achievable is unwavering. This is the basis of what I choose to learn and add as part of my treatments.
