Black Flag Barbell Club was born out of a desire to provide a facility that promotes REAL training. From a belief that callused hands are a source of pride, and that sweat equity is a worthwhile investment .

A place where you show up despite being tired, sore, and not having the time to train.

A place where the person next to you will be there when you need it, and expect the same.

A place where anyone willing to put skin in the game can learn to endure and overcome.

Black Flag Barbell Club provides evening access, and coaching to assist members with technique and programming (at no extra charge). We are proud to offer competition grade equipment for powerlifting, and an incredibly badass little facility for those simply looking to be a little better today than they were yesterday.
