Function Room Hire/Deposit fee is $100
This is payable on booking confirmation, at least 30 days in advance.

If you need to cancel and its more than 30 days we will pay you back your deposit
If you cancel within 30 days of your date then the deposit is forfeited.

Hours of Operation
Our opening hours for the upstairs function room are anywhere between 9am – 12 midnight. An out of hours permit can be acquired for a fee of $150, we need at least 6 weeks’ notice for this and will extend the hours of operation until 2am.

Table and Chair Covers &
Table and Room Decorations
We do have chair coverings in black, these can be hired for $2 each cover; white table clothes can be hired for $10 each and fit on an 8 seat table. If you are after any other colour just ask, we may be able to source them for you. Decorations can be hired locally and will be at your expense.
If decorating the room for a function you will be able to have access for up to a week before, just ask us.
We ask that you please do not use table scatters or sprinkles on the table, if they are used you will be charged a $100 fee for cleaning.
We don’t expect you to come in and collect your table and chair coverings the next day but ask that they all be collected by the day following your function. If they are not then our cleaning staff will pop everything in bags to be collected by you.

Alcohol
UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES may alcohol be bought into the venue, we do not allow BYO at all as we are a licensed venue, our bar will be open at all functions and will be ran by our staff members.
Specialty drinks can be ordered for you if it’s something we don’t stock you just need to let us know a few weeks in advance.
We provide a complimentary tea and coffee station at no expense for all menu options
