BigTop BootCamp is a not your average gym workout, it's interval training focusing on strength, conditioning, and flexibility like you've never seen it.

BTBC is exciting, diverse and functional using elements of circus aerials such as trapeze and silks, trampoline, handstands and tumbling combined with the fun and encouraging environment of group fitness for the ultimate workout.

With close technical coaching you will learn a range of tricks, positions and maneuvers in the air and on the ground. More importantly you will learn to control them as your strength and muscular mobility increase through consistent functional training techniques.

Teamed with some classic body weight and fitness exercises using boxing focus mitts, battle ropes and slam balls, BTBC really has something for everyone no matter what your current fitness level might be.

Remember BTBC is only ever as intense as you want it to be, but beware, it is highly addictive!
