Biffs Healthy Lifestyles Group is for individuals looking to join a group interested in fitness and health. people gather to exercise beginning at Dauntsey Park Reserve (Elizabeth boxing club oval) Elizabeth, Adelaide SA. Other locations are also sometimes used and will be posted weekly if changed. Everyone is welcome to come and walk/hike trails with us. Go at your own pace, but this is at your own risk. If you have health issues or are concerned about safety ask advice from a health professional. This group is a join at your own risk for getting fit activity and see some beautiful scenery in nature. By joining this group you acknowledge you understand any risks and will not hold anyone other than yourself responsible, should something happen. We just want to have fun, meet new people and get some exercise!
