HOW DOES BENEFIT FITNESS CLASSES WORK?

All classes are run as team orientated, partnered and individual programs and are designed and modified to suit all types of fitness levels (Beginner - Elite) with the required fitness equipment usage of: Kettle Bells, Dumbbells, Medicine balls, Skipping ropes and a supply of mats. I encourage everybody to bring a friend or more as all genders 14 years and above are welcome.

So instead of wasting your money on gym memberships, weekly or fortnightly gym debits come and try my YOU Vs YOU Challenge Classes and see how you feel, give yourself a chance to adapt and give me the opportunity to help you reach your goals.

Benefit Fitness is dedicated, committed and passionate about helping clients achieve their goals. With the experience and knowledge of the fitness industry I know the method to success and what it takes to achieve results.

I take pride in ensuring that my clients achieve results and the only way we make that happen is by applying our training methods listed below.

- Observe participants and inform them of corrective measures necessary for skill improvement.

- Teach and demonstrate training equipment.

- Maintain fitness equipment.

- Advise clients with information and resources regarding nutrition, weight control and lifestyle issues.

- Advise clients about proper clothing and shoes.

- Monitor participant’s progress and adapt programs as needed.

- Evaluate individual’s abilities, needs, and physical conditions, develop suitable training programs to meet any special requirements.

- Teach proper breathing and exercise techniques used during physical exertion.

- Plan routines, choose different movements for each set of muscles depending on participant’s capabilities and limitations.

- Offer alternatives during classes to accommodate different levels of fitness.

- Instruct participants in maintaining exertion levels to maximize benefits from exercise routines.
