Jodie introduces you to basic meditation techniques to assist in calming the mind. You are taught stretches to ease aching muscles and provided with postures to build up strength and endurance throughout the body in preparation for birth.
Throughout the classes you will become skilled at the calming breathing techniques which may be used during both the pregnancy and the birth of Baby.
Classes include deep relaxation sessions to soothe both the body and mind.
