Beach Break is a fully appointed tri-level property with absolute beach frontage in a quiet and relaxed seaside location. This passive-solar designed house captures the sun in the kitchen and living areas all day long.. Look out to sea from the lounge room or just walk out the large sliding doors to sit back and relax on either of the two large north-facing outside decks. You can almost reach out and touch the ocean or take a stroll along the beach. 'The Beach Break' house features a fully-equipped kitchen with and dining/lounge rooms all overlooking the ocean on the upper level. There is also a study in case you are forced to do some work during your stay. Separate toilet serving living areas. The master bedroom is on the ground level with a luxurious bathroom with walk-in shower. A private atrium off the bedroom features a large bath. The lower level includes three bedrooms, the main with a queen-size bed and single bed with room for a portable cot. The two other bedrooms have two single beds in each with built in robes. The laundry on the ground level has a washing machine and clothes drier. Relax in the outside entertaining/bb areas. Landscaped gardens add to the wonderful seaside atmosphere.
