The bathroom is off the master bedroom and has a luxurious feel boasting a huge walk in shower and vanity with twin wash basins.

One thing that really differentiates this apartment from many others in this complex is that it features a full kitchen. It has a dishwasher, 4 burner hot plate, full size refrigerator/freezer and microwave. There is also the convenience of a Washing Machine and Dryer in the apartment.

The apartment is part of the Ramada Hotel Complex and guests have full access to all of the facilities including the fantastic outdoor pool with sun deck, shaded areas and lounges and the state of the art gymnasium.

Ballina's shopping, restaurants and cafes are all on your doorstep and its just a short 5 - 10 min walk to the nearest beach. The public swimming pool and waterslide is also only a few minutes stroll as are the children's playgrounds and skatepark.

If you love to cycle, walk or jog, a great walking/cycle track starts right outside the apartment and will take you along the banks of the Richmond River right around Shaws Bay, Lighthouse Beach, Shelly's Beach and up to Angels Beach. There are also a couple of fantastic new cafes that have opened up along the way.
