Remedial Massage
Is used to treat chronic muscular-skeletal imbalances, strains, sprains or bruising and injuries. Remedial massage is also used for conditions created by lifestyle/work for example repetitive strain injuries (RSI) and back pain. Incorporates various techniques to focus on problem areas. Reflexology
The theory behind reflexology is that reflex points on the feet relate to specific organs and glands in the body, and stimulating those points with finger pressure promotes health in those organs and glands. 30 mins $45/ 60mins $80
Lymphatic Drainage Massage
Lymphatic Drainage is a gentle whole body treatment that relaxes the nervous system and aids the body's immune system. The technique is light with gentle pressure mobilising fluid. 60mins $70

Cranio-sacral: is a form of bodywork or alternative therapy focused primarily on the concept of "primary respiration" and regulating the flow of cereberal-spinal fluid by using gentle therapeutic techniques to manipulate the joints of the cranium (skull) To do this, a practitioner will apply light touches to a patient's skull, face, spine and pelvis. 60mins $80

Balanced Body Scrub
Using a trio of natural exfoliants including bamboo, lotus and raw sugar with AHA to effectively loosen and remove rough, dry skin cells. After a gentle exfoliation enjoy a relaxing massage with Coconut Oil to moisturise and your skin. 70mins $90
