Avril Stevens Hair Booking/Privacy Policy:
ASH has strict client policies & procedures. By entering into transactions with ASH clients agree and are bound by these policies. The following policy applies to all ASH users, and conforms to privacy standards.
Avril Stevens Hair Booking Policy:
ASH is a small local business that only has a limited number of appointments available. The time allocated for your appointment is reserved for you. When you book an appointment with ASH we guarantee you this time and appoint a fully qualified and highly experienced professional to take care of your needs.
Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services.
As a client when booking an appointment you will be required to provide a mobile number to secure your booking.
Bookings will be confirmed via text message 48 hours prior to your booking date to your supplied contact number to which you are required to respond with “Y”. If we receive no response from you, we will attempt to contact you again to confirm.
Bookings which remained unconfirmed by 24 hours before the booking will be cancelled and the appointment slot will be opened up to other clients.
If a client does not show for a booking they will be charged a fee (100% of the reserved service amount) and will be required to pay deposits for all future appointments. If a client does not give a minimum of 24 hours notice for cancellation/reschedule they will be charged a fee (25% of scheduled service). Failure to pay no show/late cancellation invoices within 30 days will be referred to third party collectors.
Hair salons like ASH find it almost impossible to fill cancelled/no show spots at short notice. We have found that our booking policy is the fairest way of managing commitment to appointments and it also has the added benefit of keeping our costs down for our wonderful clients.
As a courtesy, we send out a text message to confirm your service appointments, please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times to avoid late arrivals, missed appointments and the cancellation fee.
