Details

The Australian Centre for Christianity and Culture (ACC&C) is an ecumenical body reflecting the faith background of approximately 61 per cent (13.5 million) of the Australian population.

‘Wisdom working for the common good’ is what the Centre is all about.

The Centre is based on a common confession of the Triune God witnessed to in Holy Scripture, expressed in the ancient Apostles Creed and embodied in the life and mission of the Church.

Our vision is to be the go to place for the interface between Christian faith and Australian society and we have identified Four Pillars through which to do so.

The Four Pillars are: Wisdom through Civil Society; Creativity through the Arts, Sciences and Culture; Resilience in institutional life and ethical leadership; Peace through new religious engagements.

The ACC&C is the result of a formal partnership established in 1998 between the Anglican Diocese of Canberra & Goulburn and Charles Sturt University.

The Centre has tax deductible status for donations of $2 or more.
