Ashanti Furniture & Design is a family owned and run business located at Burleigh Heads on the Gold Coast, Queensland, Australia. We are importers and retailers of quality timber and woven furniture. We specialise in using recycled timber, producing pieces in contempory styles as well as carved antique pieces and have a commitment to using sustainable products and natural fibres, where possible. W...e have a large showroom with our standard ranges, however we can custom build to your own design and needs, at no extra charge than it would cost on the showroom floor. We ship interstate, door to door in major cities at suprisingly afforable rates.

As a small business we are passionate about providing quality recycled Timber and Woven furniture at realistic prices. Our 750sq meter space at Kortum Dve showcases our unique range of sustainable furniture, with room concept's of contempory clean line styles, through to one off hand carved pieces that make a house feel like a home.

Sit with us, enjoy an organic cafe latte as we help design something specific for your personal needs. We custom make in recycled Teak (staining from whitewash right through to black stain, or create a beautiful piece in Natural timber with a waxed finish) its amazing marrying old recycled timbers with contempory styles such as Balinese furniture. We also make to order using sustainable natural fibres such as Banana fibre, Water Hyacinth and Rattan. Lounges, beds chairs, stools, amazing daybeds, all very durable.
