3 bedroom/2 bathroom house/unit/townhouse from $420.00
4 bedroom/1 bathroom house from $480.00
4 bedroom/2 bathroom house from $560.00

List cleaning for bond or spring cleaning with a minimum call out of $100 includes the first 2 hours and then an hourly rate of $40 per hour thereafter.

An hourly rate from $30 per hour for regular cleaning which includes weekly, fortnightly and monthly cleaning.
