Peak Times: $195/night twin share
$20 per additional child (4-16) per night, $25 per addition adult per night
Off Peak: $170/night twin share
$15 per additional (4-16) per night, $20per additional adult per night
Peak 7 nights: $1250 twin share - email for quotes for bookings of groups
Off Peak 7 nights: $1000 twin share - email for quotes for bookings of groups

**Peak: 1 Dec - 31 Jan, Easter Weekends, Sept/Oct School Holidays

MINIMUM STAY:
Summer School Holidays- Five Nights
All other School Holidays - Four Nights
Public Holiday Long Weekends - Three Nights
All other dates- Two Nights

Cancellation Policy / Terms & Conditions
Bookings: A $200 bond secures the booking and will be returned, assuming the house is vacated in good order.
More then 14 days cancellation notice: Deposit refunded less $20. Less then 14 days cancellation notice: bond will be forfeited unless alternative arrangements can be negotiated. Cancellation less the 48 hours there is no refund.
