Amanda is a Mobile Reiki Master who would like to assist you on your wellness journey using Reiki.
Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. The practitioner places hands lightly on or over the body as an unseen "life force energy" (chi/ki/prana) flows through the hands and into the recipient.
It treats the whole person including body, mind and spirit creating many beneficial effects that include relaxation, feelings of peace, security and well being.
