Our treatments include: Relaxation, Remedial/Sports, Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) and Decongestive Lymphatic Therapy (DLT).

• Relaxation massage is a soothing therapeutic treatment using Swedish techniques, enhancing deep relaxation, releasing tension and relieving anxiety and pain.

• Remedial and Sports massage is deep tissue massage for the whole body, specific problems or injuries. A holistic approach aimed at restoring function and mobility, promoting healing and relieving aches and pain. Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) and Chinese Cupping can be incorporated in this treatment for optimum results.

• MLD is used to provide relaxation, detoxification, increase energy and improve the immune system. MLD is a gentle, non-invasive technique, which aids in relaxing the nervous system. MLD can be used to assist in the treatment of headaches, fatigue, hay fever, sinusitis, leg and ankle oedema (swelling) and menopause, just to name a few.

• DLT is a treatment used for the management of lymphoedema - depending on your needs it can include Compression bandaging, Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD), compression garments, exercise and skincare.
