Located on the former hunting grounds of the Peramangk, the fertile soil still provides abundantly. Nestled in a valley amongst cool climate grapes, cherries and apples an over grown black berry patch has been cleared to make way for an organically grown market garden. Aaron was fortunate to gain years of experience working for a second generation Italian market gardening family on the Adelaide Plains whilst he studied horticulture. Resisting the latest fads and technology traditional techniques using hand tools are employed to grow vegetables simply delivering on taste and nutrition.
