Come for a week´s skiing in one of Europe´s prime skiing locations. Austria´s Tyrol is home to many world class top ski resorts.

Experienced skiers often find that after 3 or 4 days in a resort that every run has been skied and every mountain hut/restaurant has been sampled. With White Descents you can sleep in a smaller, centrally located resort and then choose over breakfast the resort you´d like to visit for the day.

Situated within less than 1 hours drive are many famous ski resorts, such as Obergurgl, Sölden, St Anton, Lech, Fiss-Serfaus, Ischgl and many more. As well as these popular destinations there are also a huge number of smaller lesser known resorts, offering little or even no queueing, longer lasting powder runs and much quieter pistes.

Over breakfast we examine the day´s weather forecast and snow conditions, use our local expertise to help decide on the day´s venue, even return to a previous resort that you enjoyed. Then a comfortable drive brings us to the optimal ski lift to venture into the resort of choice.

Each day can be planned and changed as to the snow and weather conditions or even arrange to meet friends that might be staying in a certain resort.

Accommodation can be chosen from a range of possibilities, Tyrolean style log cabins, Apartments, Guesthouses or Hotels. Self catering, half board or Full board options available at most locations.

Top quality equipment can be rented from local sports shops or of course bring your own.

Skiers and Snowboarders looking to improve their skills can book private instruction at any of the visited resorts.

You fancy a new challenge? Then spend a day without ski lifts, hike up a mountain with touring skis or snow shoes and experience the snow covered Alps without the masses. Add other activities to your holiday, sledging, night hiking, Apres Ski, or even take a day off to relax and experience local cultures, hot pools or spa facilities.
