4th Annual Vienna Boylesque Festival May 25th & 26th 2017
presented by Jacques Patriaque

“Walk right up: Prater for everyone” is the theme of the 4th annual Vienna Boylesque Festival, paying tribute to Vienna’s favourite amusement park, the “Prater”, a place known for its erotic as well as pleasurable exhibits. As a mélange of glamourous show, artistic vaudeville theater, humorous stories and the “obligatory” dose of nudity, boylesque and its companion burlesque are always a source of excitement and surprise. Host and boylesque dancer Jacques Patriaque will once again be joined by 40 international artistes in 2017, with the goal of inspiring laughter and astonishment in their audience through dance, cabaret, song and acrobatics such as pole dance and aerial acts. Together with these international artistes — following in the footsteps of Conchita Wurst, Johann Sebastian Bass, Courtney Act, Reuben Kaye — there will be a very exciting Special Act that will get everyone’s tassles twirling! They are sweet as cotton candy, strange as fun house characters, sometimes as boisterous as a herd of horses breaking out of the carousel. The Vienna Boylesque Festival promises a rollercoaster of emotions like a ride through the haunted house: From wild enthusiasm to awe-inspiring fascination, right down to pondering the saucy wink some stories are told with. One thing is certain: The Vienna Boylesque Festival is stimulating — not only in the erotic sense.
