Ahmad Porkar-Aghdam founded Roxcel GmbH in 1993. Since then the company has become an internationally renowned paper and board trading house. With the acquisition of two paper mills, Brigl & Bergmeister in Austria and Papirnica Vevce in Slovenia in 2011, the Roxcel Group further expanded its business operations to include manufacturing.
