For me hiking is to smell the flavors of the mountains and to marvel at the beauty of the landscape. The wind, the sun, the cold and the heat on my skin … and sometimes rain.

A hiking tour is a perfect day in fresh air. The head in the sky with the clouds and the feed on earth. All senses are awake to discover again being deep-rooted and to come myself closer.

Hiking in a group gives us the mind that our bodies can move very high. We get the feeling to break reality and feel the abundance of nature. Just to be in the perfect moment and feel all this joy, that is all about.
