The firm "Alga" offers modern and comfortable apartments from 55m² to 70m² with separate bedrooms. If you have a child or a baby, there is enough place in bedroom for the crib, if you want to take one with you. The apartments are placed at the most beautiful part of the city of Vienna, are located on third floor of the building that was built in typical Austrian style, and used to be under the ownership of the well-known family of Vienna, Tonet. All the apartments are completely renovated and arranged for 4 to 5 persons.
Apartments are located directly by the Kunsthaus Vienna and Hundertwasserhaus - one of the greatest tourist attractions of the city of Vienna. Some apartments have the view of the canal of Danube, while others are facing the wonderful terrace and original and unique facade of the Kunsthaus Vienna.

The building is very well located, you can reach the center only in a few minutes. It has also good connection to the public transport. The tram stop, that leads you directly to the opera house, Rathaus or Parliament, is straight to the building. There is also one more possibility for doing sightseeing-right next to the building, there is also a bus stop of the City-Bus, which offers tours of one or two hours to the greatest and most important sights of Vienna at favorable prices.
The living-room is modern, provided with TV and Internet. There is also a sofa-bed, which can be also converted and used as bed over the night. The kitchen is furnished with dishwasher, stove with oven, microwave, and refrigerator with freezer, silverware, dishes and other necessary supplies for preparing meals. As kitchen and dining room are attached, there is also a dining table for 4 or 6 persons. There is a double bed and wardrobe in bedroom. The bathroom is furnished with bathtub, shower stall, sink and washing machine. In some apartments there is also a bidet. All bathrooms have hair dryer and towels. WC is separate from the bathroom.
Air conditioner is available in most of the apartments.

At all the apartments there are a vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board available. The apartments are being cleaned once a week.

The airport of Vienna is 17km away from the building, which is approximately 15min by car. Close to the building there is a city train station – Wien – Mitte, which is a terminal of City Airport Train, which drives you directly to the airport as well. Hier gibt es noch eine Möglichkeit für die Besichtigung der Sehenswürdigkeiten – direkt vor dem Gebäude ist die Station des City – Busses, mit dem Sie zum günstigen Preisen die Touren zu den wichtigsten besuchswerten Sehenswürdigkeiten Wiens machen können.

Das Wohnzimmer ist modern, mit TV und Internet ausgestattet. Es gibt eine Bettcouch, die tagsüber als Couch platzierend, und über Nacht als Schlafgelegenheit für 2 Personen genutzt werden kann. Die Küche ist mit dem Geschirrspüler, Herd mit Backofen, Mikrowelle, Kühlschrank mit Gefrierbox, kompletten Besteck und Geschirr und dem Zubehör zur Essenzubereitung eingerichtet. Im Esszimmer,welches mit der Küche verbunden ist,gibt es einen Esstisch für 4 oder 6 Personen. In dem Schlafzimmer gibt es ein Doppelbett und einen Kleiderschrank.
Die Mehrheit der Apartments sind mit Klimaanlagen ausgestattet.
