Insights is a project of the Austrian f.r.o.h. foundation and operates worldwide.

Gabriele Schafarik is an Austrian Balance® Kinesiologist and Personal &Team Coach. She is trained in Family Constellation and NLP. She is practicing and teaching since 2008.

Insights pursues a holistic approach combining eastern and western sciences to restore physical, emotional & energetic balance and health. Aim is to open the connection with our inner wisdom and to bring us in contact with our true nature.

Take a shortcut – solve your problem from within
Sometimes we feel that our life flow is blocked. Thinks do not work out like we wish, people disappoint us, we feel like running in circles, fall back in old patterns, feel bad about ourselves and loose energy.
Sometimes we can`t let go of old pain. We meet and feel it, caused by different situations and triggers. We hardly find ways to express that pain at all or show it in a not appropriate way. We loose energy.
Sometimes our body gives us signals of imbalance. We get ill, body symptoms or allergies border us, symptoms become chronic. Our emotions and energetic blocks behind these symptoms often stay hidden. We loose energy.
Sometimes we choose a wrong diet according to our individual body needs and our current life situation. We loose energy.
Sometimes we fail to realize our dreams. We lack enthusiasm, self confidence, trust and connection to ourselves. We feel lost and loose energy.
Sometimes we are restricted by fears, confusion, anger, sadness, unwanted habits, self sabotage or suppressed emotions. We loose energy.

Insights offers with Balance®Kinesiology, Coaching and Family Constellation highly effective methods to discover the roots of problems, de-stress them on a deep level and create new perspectives to help people in finding the strength and courage to move forward with their lives.

The answer is already within you
Sometimes we seek for answers and solutions for our problems and imbalance in the outside. We take a lot of effort to blame or change the circumstances around us or hunt for advises and more information.

Insights follows systemic approaches, recognizing the individual as one part of the whole, connected with each other part. By reconnecting to our true nature we find re connection to the whole and gain enormous wisdom and the power to change our reality and environment by changing ourselves and our actions.

We have carried beliefs our whole lives that do not sit well with us. Now is the time to let these beliefs go. It´s okay.

By realizing and understanding blocked dynamics within your system (family, company, inner drives) you uncover new perspectives and behavior.
