The hotel is located in Schüttdorf, about 2 km from the centre of Zell am See. The ski lift, a 400-metres walk from the hotel, will take you up to the skiing system and, moreover, the ski-bus stop is just 50 metres from the entrance. The hotel is located in the centre of the town of Schüttdorf and thus in close proximity to restaurants, bars and shops. It is a convenient location, and the centre of Zell am See is within walking distance – along the beautiful lake; or you can take a taxi, which is quite affordable in the Zell am See area.

The hotel
The Scandinavian staff are constantly striving to create a fantastic ambience and a cosy atmosphere in order to make all their guests comfortable. The hotel has a large lobby with an inviting seating area and, also, it is known for its fantastic, and newly-renovated, basement bar where the guests gather for after ski and supper. The hotel further boasts a new wellness area, ready just before the 2011/12 season, with sauna, Jacuzzi, steam bath and relaxation room. With the exception of the Jacuzzi, the use of this area is free of charge for the hotel's guests. The use of the Jacuzzi costs 1 euro. In connection with the renovation in 2011, the hotel also built a play and activity room, equipped with for instance TV games. In the basement, the hotel provides storage for your skis – and even heating of ski boots. Smoking is solely allowed in a separate smoking cubicle, located in the lobby.

The rooms
Having undergone a complete renovation before the 2009 season, all rooms provide a fresh and modern atmosphere. All rooms are equipped with shower, lavatory and TV. It is possible to book a room with balcony against an additional fee.


Meals
Half-board is included in the stay. In the morning, the excellent restaurant serves a buffet breakfast; and, every evening, the restaurant provides a three-course dinner (optional menu) with salad and freshly-baked bread. If requested, the children will be served a meal from the special children's menu.
