La hostería Villa Traful es las más emblemática de las hosterías de Villa Traful. Fundada en los comienzos de la Villa allá por los años 30 en manos de una pareja de intrépidos suizos, que luego legaron esta auténtica hostería de montaña a su hija y sus nietos.
Con más de 60 años de tradición a su servicio y emplazada dentro de un predio arbolado de 6 hectáreas es un entorno de tranquilidad total.
Los troncos es el reflejo de esta historia tan particular, un restó pequeño y acogedor en medio del bosque que busca brindar lo mejor de la gastronomía patagónica con algunos toques de cocina internacional.
