And a bit of my life story...

My name is Jakub and I am from Slovakia. I learn to cook even when I was 11 to stand beside my mother all the time she spent at kitchen. On the other hand I spent almost 9 years by working at many restaurants. Mainly I worked 4 years at Italian restaurant in Slovakia and than 2 year at Czech restaurant in Prague. My real hobby is cooking, but not just because I need to eat, but I love to eat well prepared food, mostly on healthy way. Thats why my favorite is Italian kitchen. Even I want to go back to the real meaning of serving food and drinks. That means the real home and careful atmosphere what you will not find in many of restaurants because they just want to profit. I hope we will have a great time together!
