La compañía se funda en 2009 y desde entonces lleva en su haber tres producciones teatrales “Papanatas”, “Perderte otra vez”, “Romeo y Julieta de bolsillo” y una próxima a estrenar en 2014 para la Comedia de la Provincia. Participó en diferentes eventos culturales y festivales; Festival Infantil de Necochea, Festival Shakespeare Buenos Aires, Congreso Internacional de Shakespeare, FITT Festival Internacional de Teatro y Títeres de Chascomús, Festival Nacional de Luján (Premio a Mejor Adaptación, Actor de Comedia, Actriz de Comedia) Festival de teatro de Rafaela. Recibió múltiples premios y distinciones como el “ACE”, “ESTRELLA DE MAR”, “ATINA”, “MARÏA GUERRERO”, "TEATRO DEL MUNDO", entre otros.
