The establishment of Wings Academy and its tailor-made training and certification solutions aim to meet the country’s recruitment and training needs, as well as the wider Middle East aviation industry, which is currently challenged by the lack of manpower in meeting the demands of fast paced growth.

Conceptualized to provide end-to-end training solutions, the academy’s Cabin Crew Certification program provides in-depth training on cabin crew operations, customer service, and grooming, among others. The training modules are designed to brace the requirements of the future with greater emphasis on catering the airlines’ requirements and improving the quality of new recruits, while significantly reducing the time taken for recruiting and training.
