Train Strength and Fitness houses a fully equipped MMA room, fitness studio, pole studio, posing room, a 60 meter running track, specialised equipment and a vast amount of machines.

However, Train isn't just somewhere to workout, we also welcome you to come hang out after in our members lounge or dedicated protein smoothie cafe. We've even got our own, onsite nutritional shop selling top quality grade protein powder. You'll also find fully certified staff offering advice and meal plans.

The gym is designed to help the community stay active and fit, while also providing first class facilities for trainers. Besides the workout studios, there are four exclusive training rooms and three consulting rooms which trainers can book for their clients. In addition, there's a fully functioning seminar room, which is ideal for hosting workshops, talks and training.
