We are responsible for the preparation and fair presentation of financial statements in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and applying accounting policies.
Our responsibility is to express an opinion based on the conducting audit, in accordance with International Standards. We are greening our office by using resources efficiently and supporting our clients with services.
These include services that our customers receive the guidance and advice they need, and that enables them to create lists of accurate financial and enhance performance levels, starting from the accounting support, through the support of start-up companies and even audits on information systems.
In addition to above, we do the followings:
*Prepare the Financial Position (Balance Sheet) to the concerned company.
*Auditing the financial data and issuing an independent report, especially when there are several partners.
*Taking stock (Annual and biannual, etc.).
*Internal and External Audit and Control.
*Accounting and bookkeeping works with the supporting documents.
*Financial and Accounting Software.
*Support in setting up a new company.
*Several visits to follow and control the financial movements.
*To increase efficiency and reduce costs especially for the Industrial Project… etc.
*Follow the rules and regulation regarding classification of the contracting companies and others within the United Arab Emirates.
*Participate to give an opinion in order to solve dispute between partners.
*Assisting companies to make the statement of Debtors Accounts with their ageing.
*Assisting The Contractors, consultants and engineers classification services, training companies /to fill their data for registration forms of Public Sector, and Petroleum companies.
*Feasibility study of different projects, especially for hospitals, school, medium and small projects.
