Our classes are powered by the unique technology of the Real Ryder bikes that allows one to move side to side, simulating an outdoor bike ride brought indoors. You pound your way through an invigorating 45 minute Ryde, where you get a full body workout, toning your upper body, tightening your abs and shaping your legs as you steer and cycle on!
But only YOU take control of your bike. You can Ryde harder if you're feeling pumped or if you're just beginning, you can take it down a notch.
And of course you should expect all the extras we don't consider extra - free towels, water, bike shoes, lockers, GHD hair tools, beauty products and more to keep you comfortable and ryding at your peak performance and leaving looking like a million bucks!
