Shams Gymnastics is dedicated to training young gymnasts, both boys and girls of all levels from kindergarten through recreational to Elite standard and also competitive squads. Our aim is to offer all children the opportunity to experience artistic gymnastics in a safe and friendly environment – our well qualified coaches will use their experience and honed skills to give each young student focused attention in making their experience unforgettable.

The small student-teacher ratio enables our instructors to work effectively with each student to form a strong foundation using progressions and thus build confidence. All programs, beginners through advanced, are carefully structured and grouped by age and ability. Our staff strive to achieve self-esteem, discipline, and goal setting in each student.
