SABIS® International School – Yas Island (SIS-Yas Island) first opened its doors in October 2015 to students in Kindergarten to Grade 5.

SIS-Yas Island offers a trilingual education for grades KG1 to Grade 5 inclusive, and will be adding grade levels through the years. Like all SABIS® Network schools, SIS-Yas Island will implement the SABIS® Educational System, an academic program that has been developed and refined over a 129-year period. With a balance of academics, self-development, and life preparation, the SABIS® Educational System prepares its students for success in college, fosters a lifelong interest in learning, and develops responsible world-class citizens. It blends quality education with traditional values of hard work and responsibility for self and others.

The school will add additional grade levels in each subsequent year of its operation until it reaches a full K-12 program.

SIS-Yas Island is located in the Yas East residential area, 25 kilometers from central Abu Dhabi. SIS-Yas Island is the third SABIS® Network school in Abu Dhabi and was opened in response to demand from parents and a long waiting list of students eager to enroll in ISC-Abu Dhabi and ISC-Khalifa City.
