Rebecca Olds Pilates - Dubai 2.08

Rebecca is Specialist Clinical Mat Pilates Instructor who discovered her passion for Pilates after a serious accident, several abdominal surgeries and birth of her twins led her to a specialist clinic in London.

Inspired by her personal experience of rehabilitation and healing through Pilates she began her journey of instruction, qualifying for her certification as a REPS Mat Level 3 Instructor in 2010 with Pilates Training Solutions.

During this time she attended Masterclasses by the John Gibbons Bodymaster Method for the Sacro-iliac, Hip, Knee and Shoulder joints along with Muscle Energy Techniques, small equipment and Pre and Post natal courses.

In 2012 to further her training she certified as REPS Level 4 in Exercise for Management of Lower Back Pain.

She ran her own business in the UK and Qatar teaching group classes and 1-1s which were mainly on referral from GPs, Osteopaths and Physiotherapists. She has taught a wide diversity of clients ranging in age, athleticism and medical conditions (including but not limited to Scoliosis, Fibromyalgia, Spondylolysis, Herniated Disc, Plantar Fasciitis, M.S) and she is dedicated to teaching high quality Clinical Pilates to everyone regardless of their abilities and restrictions.
