RASIL is a UAE-based company established in 2013 in Ras Al-Khaima Free Zone. In its second year, RASIL proudly established its first branch in Dubai International Humanitarian City (IHC) on January 12, 2016. Our mission is to provide our clients with the highest quality professional services to help them respond effectively to the world’s greatest humanitarian needs, while addressing their business needs and maximizing value for money.

The IHC based branch seeks continue our established collaboration with UN agencies, governments and non-governmental organizations working in the humanitarian response and early recovery, whether in UAE or internationally. Our expertise includes but not limited to:
- Monitoring and Evaluation: assess and design monitoring systems and tools; provide third party monitoring services; and conduct evaluations, research and studies
- Knowledge/ Information management: assess, design and improve Information Management strategies and practices
- Reporting and visualization: provide GIS and mapping capacity; design infographics; and support report design, layout and printing
- Capacity development
