About Us:
Rahiq Al Asal Nursery has been established to cater the growing need for a nursery school that is safe, conducive to learning and flexible towards the hours of working parents. Nursery combines the best practices of the EYFS curriculum with the emphasis on cultural norms as well as keeping an eye on the international standards of child development.
Rahiq Al Asal Nursery (RAAN) is fully inclusive setting, enabling children to play, have fun and develop within a safe, healthy environment in partnership with all parents, teachers and care givers.
At RAAN, students are not competing with each other but with themselves by constantly raising their expectation and successfully achieving those targets. We trigger their curiosity and encourage them to step into unfamiliar grounds without fear. This gives a student an edge over their peers, as they are taught not to fear failure and that failure is an important step towards achievement. We make learning an enjoyable experience that can never be forgotten but provides points of reference in one’s future.

Our Curriculum:
Based on the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum, education programs are designed to encourage positive, stimulating growth and development, free expression and healthy communication skills. We recognize that each child is different and endeavor to deliver the best possible experience in the most flexible manner. Throughout our curriculum, we focus on the ability to communicate understandings, apply knowledge to novel situations and to solve problems.
Additionally, your child’s learning experience at Rahiq Al Asal Nursery (RAAN) will revolve around theme-based units following the principles of EYFS, with a focus on 7 areas of learning.

Our Vision:
We believe that everyone develops at different rates and have expertise in a wide range of subject areas with unique learning styles. Our program focuses professional attention on each student and challenges them to achieve their maximum potential. The whole child is our focus and learning and academic achievement form a significant part of development of loving, compassionate, healthy and thoughtful world citizen. Our nursery carefully nurtures the tangible and intangible strengths of each student, carefully preparing them to face challenges of a competitive world.

SAFETY AT RAAN:
Safety is paramount at RAAN. This emphasis on security and childcare is present on our premises and buses which are equipped with first aid kits and fire extinguishers, along with a minimum of one female bus monitor on board to ensure the safety and well being of the children. Besides these security precautions, the nursery also offers CCTV facility. CCTV is available for viewing at the school in the Hangout Hide parent’s lounge (school dependent). Due to child privacy laws, CCTV can be accessed from the school only. All visitors need to sign in and be accompanied by a member of our team when walking around the nursery.
