The era of flatbread is here!
It all started on the red and white striped hut beaches of the Romagna riviera of Italy, while beautiful Norina was vigorously crafting the piada flatbread dough by hand.
Struck by her sight, a foreigner called her “Piadera”, the feminine and dialect name for a piada maker.
Since tha day we have dedicated ourselves to the artisanal craft of piada, faithful to its authentic Italian traditions.
