PASSPORT APPLICATION/RENEWAL
1. Get an appointment.
2. On date of appointment, fill out E-passport Application Form.
3. Proceed to Passport Processing Area [1]
4. Proceed to Cashier [2]
5. Proceed to Passport Encoding Area [3]
6. Proceed to Releasing Section on date of release[4]

REQUIREMENTS:

Appointment, Personal appearance, Old passport, Photocopy of Data page and Visa page.

For REQUIREMENTS FOR MINORS (18 years old and below), BABIES/INFANTS, GREEN OR MACHINE READABLE PASSPORT (MRP) HOLDERS, REVERSION OF SURNAME OF A MARRIED WOMAN TO MAIDEN LAST NAME:

- NOTARY -

General Procedures

Fill out appropriate Application Form.
Prepare two (2) sets of documents including attachments and passport copy.
Proceed to Notary Window for processing.
Pay appropriate Courier fee.
Pay appropriate fee at the Cashier (Must be paid in Dirhams only).
Transaction completed. Estimated processing time per transaction (7 minutes, excluding time in queue). Wait for delivery of document via Courier.
Processing Schedules

Affidavits, Certification, NBI, Seen and Noted – 3 working days
Affidavit of Support and Guarantee – 5 working days
Attestation (for foreign national or company as guarantor for visit visa – 5 working days
Special Power of Attorney/Attestation of docs – 5 working days
Await delivery of document from courier service (1-2 days).
Fees: AED 100.00 per document and appliable Courier Fees.
