This procedure is considered halal, therefore we are approved by the municipality to perform services and training of semi permanent makeup .
Cream anesthetics are used prior to procedures and then extremely tiny amounts of natural pigments are inserted into the dermal layer of the skin. The result is a desired cosmetic effect, which will fade gradually over 2-3 years.

Upon completion of our training course you receive a certificate from BIOTEK in Italy which allows you to work internationally. Also you will receive a certificate approved by the Knowledge and Human Development Authority (KHDA) of Dubai on the basis of which you can receive a license from the municipality to legally work as a semi permanent makeup artist in UAE.
