In 2010, Lal’s group entered the fitness market with one differentiating goal – to provide health clubs that offer a world-class affordable fitness option reachable to absolutely everyone. The vision is to make fitness achievable for every person and not just the elite.

Fitness 360 believes that being fit needs to be a lifestyle change and aims to do exactly that for every member. Offering a 360 holistic approach that doesn’t just stop at just a work out, it also propagates and promotes healthy living that goes beyond the time spent at the club.

It eventually aims for all its members to develop the skills and confidence to lead healthy, happy and productive lives.

Fitness 360 offers a range of fitness products and gives multiple choices to its members on how they wish to incorporate fitness into their schedules. Be it exercising, assistance in weight loss or guidance to make healthy decisions - it works on the belief that everyone has the inherent ability to become fit and feel great on they’re own individual terms.

Every branch is built uniquely based on location and the needs of the neighbourhood. Our concepts range from a full-fledged health club to an express club and most importantly the first ladies only club that offers top of the line facilities for women only. These tailor-made clubs are essentially a first in the region re enforcing our belief that fitness must be based on individual needs.

By providing state-of-the-art facilities and highly trained professionals, we work closely with our members to help them achieve their goals. This is what defines our quality at Fitness 360.




Our relationship

Lal’s group currently operates and runs the clubs in six locations across UAE. The clubs based in Dubai at Arabian Centre and Mazaya Centre offer mixed as well as separate ladies only facilities along with group exercise studios. The facility at J3 Mall (Al Wasl Road) is a first of its kind ladies only club with a separate reformer pilates studio, Spinning and a group exercise studio and the branch in International City serves as an express gym with a group exercise studio.

Because of the huge demand of Fitness Centres outside Dubai, we have put up amazing ladies only Fitness clubs one in Ras Al Khaimah on the Corniche and in LuLu Mall, Fujairah.

In a span of less than 5 years, Fitness 360 has over 7000 members and it is growing at a fast pace.

Expansion plans for the coming years include the opening up to 10 new clubs across the UAE.
