1. Human Resource Directorate of Sharjah – UAE: Our main governmental customer, we have the following
projects:
a. OpenText Content Server Integration: We provided a web service to integration different system with
OpenText Content Server
b. Web application on top of OpenText Content Server: we developed a web application on top of OpenText
Content Server using .Net technology, this application gives the user a wide of customized actions which
improve the productivity of the business users
c. Projects Management System: we awarded this project short time ago and we are in the analysis phase, this
system will offer to the IT department a lot of modules which will improve the managing all IT projects, this
module are: Budget Management, Proposals Management and Project Management
d. 4 Million documents of Main Sharjah Municipality to OpenText Content Server (Documents, Metadata and
Folder Structure) using ECMLINE tools
2. Abu Dhabi Airport Company (ADAC) - UAE: Currently Abu Dhabi Airport has an extension project for the airport
and ECMLINE customizing different construction processes on top of OpenText Content Server by utilizing the
capabilities of the system (ECM features, workflows, Web Forms, Web Reports, OScripting …). Our process
covers the following to help business users track the documents approval progress, enhance the response time
and increase the quality of the job. We have developed the following workflows:
a. Request For Information [RFI]
b. Submittals (Documents, Material and Method Statement)
c. Outgoing Letter: in this process we are generating the word document of the letter based on the entered
information in a customized form and after that the document will move in an approval process before
signed to be an official letter

3. AL Madinah Municipality – KAS: we were direct sub-contractor for OpenText Middle East Professional Services,
our team was the lead on the OpenText Content Server project and they did the following actions:
a. Business analysis of the archiving process
b. Scanning Profiles
c. Integrate different application with OpenText Content Server using web services
d. Business Training
e. Technical Training
4. Inforfort – UAE: Infofort is one of the biggest backlog scanning company in the Middle East and they are a sister
company of Aramex. We provided to them OpenText Content Server - Kofax Express Export Connector for
backlog archiving in Abu Dhabi Police project.
