DOME originates from Perth, Western Australia. From humble beginnings in November 1990, DOME has now over 100 Branches in Asia and Australia.

The ambience of DOME Café has also played an important part in making the concept a success. The ambience is created with old world charm using natural timbers, mosaic tiles and brass. There are no barriers for entry to the Café and the seating space is controlled by the organic elements of the Café. The design includes clear service points for both the customers and staff ; for free flowing movement through the Café. DOME Cafes reflect strong Lifestyle imaging and a place TO SEE AND BE SEEN.

DOME food philosophy begins in the kitchen with great emphasis in the selection of ingredients and attention to detail in preparation of dishes.

DOME’s offerings made from fresh ingredients without using any preservatives or additives are seemingly simple, yet surprise the diner with hidden complexities. Although inspiration for the Menu comes from traditional roots, DOME Chefs strive to retain the integrity of each dish whilst adding a unique touch.
