Carinderia ni Tandang Sora, “Kainan ng Bagong Bayani” (Restaurant of Tandang Sora) is a themed restaurant, catering and bakery that is designed to honor the modern day Filipino heroes or overseas workers and entrepreneurs working and staying in U.A.E. giving them international standard service while savoring authentic Filipino home cooking as its best in the caring arms of the Mother of the Katipunan - Melchora Ramos Aquino or ‘’Tandang Sora’’ who in history gave the Katipuneros shelter, medicine and food.

Carinderia ni Tandang Sora will showcase authentic Filipino food and world class hospitality from signature chef and young professional staff with an ambiance of Filipino heritage. This will be presented to other nationalities as a fresh and different idea, unique and interesting to their senses.
